In Monday's lesson Year 7 students learnt how to create their own map layers for Google Maps. Last week, for homework, the students researched facts about the history of Milton Keynes. In the lesson they out this information onto Google Maps by creating their own map layers, adding placemarks and using the drawing tools to highlight places of interest.
